Drop things you feel wrong about and drop them instantly but never give a damn. Watch from aside. Decide later and quietly (Perfect — when you're in “Recover and Review” Cycle, eagerly dumping projects and people outta your mind).
Set “cooldown” tags on people and things you dropped. Or people and things that dropped you. In Recover and Recycle you'll have a chance to learn and rediscover a lot about new-old relationships after cooldown is over.
And never discard people.
